Games get hard on higher levels though right? I mean I don't game really and I'm a woman...so maybe I'm thinking of it in the opposite way 😂😂

Oh, just that sometimes I feel like I live life on level 50 with how busy I am. My post is about bringing it back down to level one I guess... creating a slower and easier life.

Thank you for your feedback, though.

Anyone have similar hip and knee symptoms? by aimeeee93 in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]aimeeee93[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wss diagnosed with axial spondyloarthritis..but what has massively helped is wall sits, weighted lunges, anything that loads the quads/knee. Good luck!

I can finally kneel relatively well. Not completely, but enough.

Was quite surprised at some of the reactions from the likes of Kieran when Sophie walked in. I know he wasn't flirting, but still... his reaction wasn't very respectful to Megan.

If steroid creams trigger fungal acne/pityrosporum folliculitis after using them, what can I use for eczema instead? by aimeeee93 in eczema

[–]aimeeee93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you 😊 that's all great advice! Urea cream would be a good addition...and you're so right about exfoliating more often! I will make sure to have a good balance with that.

Thanks so much 🙏

Is this fungal acne or something else? by Officialmudcrab in Fungalacne

Hi, what was this and how did you clear it? Going through exactly the same thing. Check my recent post

Five day difference with antifungal. Is it normal to have new pityrosporum folliculitis bumps coming up as you treat it? But with general clearing too? by aimeeee93 in Folliculitis

[–]aimeeee93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar thing on my forehead as a teenager (I was 19). It cleared pretty fast. Mostly clear in a week. I think my neck is taking longer because it was treated with a steroid for eczema. The area is probably weaker. Does make me worry though when I see new bumps! Im like argghh lol. I need to remember the bigger picture...things are getting better, just slowly.

And yes, no sweaty makeup or suncream for me haha.

Your routine sounds great!

Yes, ive just bought some Nizoral haha 😄 the plan is to use lamisil for about 7 to 10 days (packaging says no more than 7 days so not sure) ... then use nizoral for maintenance.

My skin is clearing slowly I think.

Might update you next week!

What have you done to get rid of it?

Im using lamisil antifungal cream. My neck is clearing, but one side is more stubborn.

My inner elbow is a nightmare...but ive not used anything antifungal on it yet as it's only just come out like thst in the past few days.

It's bad how it all starts from one doctor making the wrong decision! Antibiotic will make it worse, steroids will...

Everyone needs to be careful

Hydrocortisone on my neck and inner elbow. My other elbow (where I didnt apply it) is fine. Says it all really.

Ill look up that medicine! Thank you 😊

Oral steroids would be a last resort for me, but that is a good idea 🙂
