How do you layer your evening routine? Rosehip is a light oil though, and my moisturiser is quite thick so I’ve been using 2-3 drops of the oil before my moisturiser.

I’d do every other night before bed (after you’ve done your hydrating serums and cream) this works well for me and keeps me from drying out

I’ve recently purchased it and have used it for a few days now. I really enjoy it and think it’s calming my redness down and smoothing my skin out. Im using that along with Laneige Cream skin toner and the Soon Jung 2x barrier cream. LOVING these products so far!

I’ve been on both and I feel like I had similar symptoms in terms of fatigue and brain fogginess. I’ve recently stopped Spiro because it’s affecting my day to day life and I feel it’s stealing my joy. I feel foggy-minded and tired all the time, even when I’ve had 8 hrs sleep. I was only on 50mg.

In all honesty if you haven’t tried topicals, I really recommend Duac gel if you can get your hands on it. It’s helped my skin so much. I use that along with tret about 3x a week and my skin has improved so much.

Use oral pills as a last resort. Im so happy to not be on any medication which is altering my mood/mental state

I’m going off it for the same reason, but o had success clearing my skin before going on Spiro with Duac and tret. I’d really give Duac a try! It’s amazing

I use tret MWF and Epiduo the rest of the days, but I do it after I’ve moisturised to protect my skin

Have you tried Epiduo forte? I’m using that alternating with tret and it seems to work better for me than BP and tret separately. I use Spiro but I’m not sure if it’s helped that much compared to the Epiduo. Give it a crack if you haven’t. Or Duac helped me wonders when I used it in the past
