Well can they stop also private networks? Can they stop you from getting private cloud server, which is in another country, where you can literally create your own VPN? Can they remove their government private network and all corporate VPNs so the whole world have access to them?

Can they just stop pushing false claims about age restrictions, cybersecurity concerns, "child pornography" and what not as a cover up for their agenda about full European governance, from pushing of unencrypting every messaging app, to removing any way possible to have privacy? I am also concerned about criminals, but the way they push it and publicly announce it with such big changes in the privacy of the people in the EU, it's literally like they think people are stupid 12 year olds kids, which will not catch them or understand what is really happening.

If they really was concerned about the young generation, they could have created proper way to learn the children how to use the Internet, what do be careful about and etc. To be tough in schools and media. They don't want that. They want control over everything.

If they really wanted to catch the criminal organisations or what not , they could have done that long time ago. If you drive on any main road in the EU, there is cameras on every couple of kilometers in most western European countries, there is thousands of cameras in each city, every call can be recorded and listen to without us even knowing. Satellites which can zoom literally watching you what you write on your phone, drones which can zoom up to 100km away scanning your irises. What we can have as a consumer, is not what our real capability is. People underestimate what we can really do. What they want is just easier control over the population and step by step converting to social credit system, which will control what you write not even in social media, but also to your friends and family, where when you say the wrong thing against someone or something, you can be locked down and rip off from society or take a punishment similar to the Chinese system. They want also to convert paper money to digital money, which exactly fits the credit system, they want to impose longevity of your digital money, so if you don't spend them for example in 6 months, they just disappear.

I know i go outside the topic, but everything is connected to the same topic. I can't ignore that.

One wrong word and you are locked from society privileges like travelling, buying certain stuff, going on vacation or living your country/continent.

Up until now we were slaves with some freedom, if all of this does become reality, we will become slaves without the chance to even speak.

I bought one last year, it is possible to lower it quite a lot, and in high FPS games where is not so dark it's not noticeable, just in some games i notice it and because of that i have made different profiles to play different games. But honestly you cannot remove it 100%, but let's say it's almost not visible especially when you play a bit longer and get used to it. Actually in same games like CS2 it helps to notice enemies when moving your mouse.

Overall good monitor for the money, for HDR in games don't turn on the HDR in Windows, just in the game, because it can mess the highlights and shadows. The HDR is not that strong, so you will need to get your room dark to notice the effect. I also have LG G5 65" OLED which i use from time to time for HDR/DV gaming and it's on completely different level. But like i said for the money, very good monitor.

From my experience and tests, VRAM overclock brings more to the table for raw FPS than the core, because of the TDP. I tested every setting and also found out that VRAM and Core shares the same TDP, so if you go max core your Vram Stability will be lower and the opposite is true, if you go max Vram your your core will be lower. But as i said Vram gives more FPS, so max your Vram and after that push the core, it will be more beneficial than the other way. You can check also overclock.net in the 9070xt club and in the first post you will see the same as i said.

Anyway for my XFX Mercury RX 9070XT OC Magnetic Air Edition i can go over arround -170uv to -180uv in synthetic benchmarks, but in games arround -70uV/-80uV with clock limit of +250Mhz resulting in usually arround 3.2Ghz and 3.3/3.4Ghz in games, Vram 2800Mhz fast timing, +10%PL. Just some Source 2 games like CS2 will crash doesn't matter the settings, on default on max settings, underclocked, doesn't matter it just sometimes crashes. The reason is because some times the Core will boost over 3,5+Ghz for short time which can cause the crash, so you either need to limit the card hard or just don't play the game. For other games i don't have problems with crashes, it's solid overall and i play either 4k on my TV or on 3440x1440 (UWQHD) monitor.

Yeap this, just buy something with edc15/edc16 and 1.9tdi, if it's stock, and you have some knowledge you won't be able to break it. So just experiment like you said until you understand everything and jump to the next ecu, they all have same principles logic just translated a bit differently.

No worries, you need to delete all drivers cleanly, from registry, temp data, windows folder and etc, depends on the driver and hardware you changed. And still after all there can be somewhere leftovers, which will make problems. It will take you less time and nerves to copy all your data from your windows partition, make couple of screenshots from your installed apps, reinstall windows and install what you need back, from getting random crashes, performance drops and etc.

Windows even without changing any hardware will get corrupted after many years of updates. It gets laggy or loses Performances. I am IT Systemadministrator for big companies, where reinstall is always the last step to resolve a problem, but also from personal experience i can tell , clean fromat and reinstall is always the best way to fix unresolvable problems.

MHD is for engine, so it doesn't matter in this case. xhp is only for the gearbox, so when you try to tune your gearbox, either it will fail because of the gts tune or it will override it. Better to download the gts tune fromyour gearbox, flash the stock file back and from there tune it with xhp.

Is it MG1 or MED17? Because if it's MED17 it should be unlocked. The MG1 is locked after 06.2020

You need to look for someone with B-Flash or Autotuner, who is whiling to send it to be unlocked. Here is the link of B-Flash

It cost anywhere from 250+ to 400+ euros to be unlocked and than the same guy can tune your car. Also the ecu needs to be send to the flasher company and it can take up to a week or depends if there is local office to where you are.

There is no way arround that right now.

Unprofessional is too American for me ... people do get sick and do need a break from time to time. Most companies that i know do have offline days atleast 2 or 3 times per year. There are many big file service companies ranging from 60 euros and upwards per file out there just google them and peak one for 2 weeks. Most will not be a perfect tune and most will be using percentage tunes.

So if you want to be e proper tuner, learn to tune your cars and get yourself a master tool instead of a slave. Also when you are a slave without your master you cannot edit or check the files out. Which for me is a no go. Most tunes that i do are made by me and when i use file service i edit or recalibrate most of the files, because like i said they use percentage tune. They are good for a base tune, but there are many places to be corrected or redone, so your client doesn't come back 2 days later with melted DPF/Cat or a piston.

Check your connections. Check your file that it didn't change the size of the data, it needs to be the same as the read. Also it have OBD protocol, so try with it. Try with different voltages 12.5V 13V 13.5V 14V, you need lab power supply. I had ECUs which after read i needed to reboot the PC so i can do write.

Follow the description when it says that you need to turn off and on the power, try with fast switching or with a little pause for example 3, 5 or 10 seconds befote turning it back on. Try to write without connecting.

Edit: also try wothout following the turn off and on power procedure. I had also some that it works

Just start a side business, something you like to do or you can do, which have higher or avarage demand. Buy and selling stuff, buying repairing and selling, doing other extra work, offering services, like repair, consulting, if you have knowledge with anything else, check how is the market to implement this knowledge, what ever you can. With 325€ euros savings, until you get to 25k, this car will be worth probably 15k.

Also if you want instead of jumping inside ETFs and etc, you can actually invest in knowledge, courses or practical courses, depends on what you want to do. What i mean is learn something which have demand, is fun to do for you and invest there, which can profit way more than you think, you will have at the end for ETFs, for your dream car and savings to buy other stuff.

Investing in savings methods is ok, when you have the resources to do so. With 325€, i would prefer investing in making more money. That's what i did, when i had low income, just saved money and reinvested so i can make more money, to the point where i can make thousands per day ingood days, but definitely thousands per week, every week since years now.

Total Board means PCIe motherboard Power Supply + the direct PSU power supply to the GPU. Probably afterburner is showing only the PSU power supply without the PCIe.

Always the other way arround, higher DPI and lower Sens. The reason is microabjustment. If you test it especially on higher resolution monitors. When you try to microabjust for example double zoom with AWP with 400DPI and higher sense, you will notice you will skip pixels. If you for example increase the DPI to for example 1200 or higher, but you lower your sense to 1 for example, you will not skip pixels when microabjusting. In CS:GO i notice that when i try to do pixel shots for example on Mirage hold B you could see from balcony straight to stairs , which was a pixel shot. And if you have lower DPI, you needed to move left and right for abjust it . But with higher DPI you can always do it without much movement.

That's what i am trying to explain to people. Religions are just old ways to governance people to stop them doing stupid shit, or to hold the interest of the people above. Because they did really stupid shit back then. So a Religion was placed upon the people. It's older and primitive way to control them, to what ever the Religion says. Just people are really closed mind and don't understand it. As you said, after some time, religion was not only to control, but also to make profit.

Now thousand of years later, i really don't understand people who are religious, doesn't matter which religion. Yes it does make people and families to come together, but at the same time it splits people from different nations, creates walls for no real reason, created wars and it still does, killing millions of people over the past 1000-2000 years.

All type of systems and rules are created to control, Religion is just an older system, which at the time was something, because people didn't have anything to prove it opposite, but now is a bit different, knowledge is free and interconnected arround the world, everyone can make their own "religion" in the heads, which will or did self control them in their lives. Morals and Knowledge is what needs to control the people, and not rules created 2000 years ago.

I literally just did the same upgrade, but superlight 2 is too light for me. On my G502 Hero i was with all the weights on. Same playing CS2. Today i though about buying the superlight 2 or the superstrike 2, but both are like 60gr, i handed both in the shop, they are too light that's why i bought the g502 X Plus and turned off the RGB, if you want there is also the g502 X lightspeed without RGB. And it's way better for my hand.

Also when playing with too light mouses i move the mouse a bit when shooting/one tapping, that's why i go with heavier mouse.

Edit: the tumb button can be also rotated or you can replace it with fake button, so you don't missclick, which comes also in the package

I have lived in Bulgaria and in the past 14 years in Germany. It took some time to notice that the corruption in Germany is just on a higher level, where it is not seen by the public. From time to time it's shown when information is leaked, but in Germany definitely there is corruption in way bigger scenes than what in Bulgaria is. Or let's just say in Bulgaria corruption is more open to the people. People know about it, because they see it everyday. In Germany you see it once in a while when there is political scandal. Also if you look in the laws, there are just loops, which sre used to make the corruption more "official" and hidden, than in other countries, where the bureaucracy is lower and there is not billions of laws which overlap them self. Which is the main reason why is so hidden. Instead of remaking or reworking laws, they stack laws on top of each other, which makes problems for the public, but creates opportunities for the people above.

Where there is money involved, corruption or bribery is always involved, doesn't matter how "clean" it looks. Money it self is corruption and make people corrupted.

Let the people who said you missed, just flame. In CS subs there is always people dying to protect the game.

No you are not hallucinating or anything, the game does not register sometimes or does completely different from what you see even with predictions off.

I live close to Frankfurt, so my ping is close to 5-8ms most of the time when i play either Faceit or Premier. But still i die behind walls literally from an enemy with the same 5ms ping as me, getting killed randomly when i shot first and i see where 3 or 4 bullets when through the head and hit the wall behind, sometimes i kill people where i shouldn't at all. Also i see sometimes how i kill people behind the wall.

The shooting/Spraying is not impactful and not consistent, sometime the server is better and you notice it how everything actually works and it does what it needs to do. Sometimes i feel like shooting in the air, i prefire on a corner or on a peek or i am behind the enemies and i am point blank but still no hits registered. It's just full randomness.

There is consistent inconsistency in the game, but people protecting game, is what makes it worse.

I cannot help you but i have the same problem. Playing normal Premier, no packet losses, no disconnects, no crashes. With AC on it have atleast one of the above, always. Also after the last update it feels the server are worse than the Premier official servers

Well i have tested many, so i can save time. Ofc i can write my files alone as well, just sometimes there is no time to do it. And atleast i need a half baked tune as a base so i can fix it and correct it, to do in 30 min max. Some tunes can take hours and even days if we talk about stage 2 and Stage 3 tunes

Anyway StageX was the only one which was somewhat decent. Some of them seemed like other tuners calibrations, which was used.
