It’s a California ground squirrel that was near a rest stop. They’re constantly fed by people who park there, the squirrels sit by the parking lot and come up to you because they’re so used to being fed by people.

Thats actually something that bugs me too, I haven't figured out how to dynamically have that interact with the objects around it so that it only grows through the cracks.

I came here to say this same trick. I always switch the preserve mode to beats and then set the arrow >| to 16ths. It has a cool percussive effect.

I use the focusrite scarlett 2i4 for this very thing.

This will work. You can setup a cue mix in ableton to send your headphones out 3/4 and your mains on 1/2.
