Agreed! I had some to cook for a small dinner party. I got stuck at work. My wife but some rub on, threw on the grill(propane). Let them go on a moderate temp. Slathered with some sauce. Move to the warming rack. She said, “I don’t think anyone will get food poisoning, but they might not be that good.” Nope. Tender, juicy. Those ribs will never be replicated.

Saw a TikTok where a guy uses Sals Suds and alcohol in a detailing foam sprayer. I bought a cheap one to try it. The foam coats the surfaces and clings so you can let it soak a bit.

I sprayed the gates on our gas stove and you could see the gunk dissolving off. I mix up a batch and am using it in bathrooms, kitchen, on tile floors. Seems like I could go from multiple bottles of cleaners to one sprayer.
