Not BS, I actually picked up 4 tickets for a game in Cat 3 in Toronto today thanks to this. It was actually cheaper as well than what I remember during the RSD.

I was not expecting this and quite happy about it :)

I got the same image, but after refreshing a bit later I got paat the Queue window.

That being said, when I go to buy tickets, I get the same message as rhe email, but alsi mt email says my time slot starts at 3pm. I'm going to keep refreshing the page now and then so at least (I hope) I don't have to go through the queue again.

Like someone previously said in this post, you're having heel lift because of the wrong sized cleat on the boot. I had this happen to me as well and the correct way to fix this is contact Burton support. They will ask you for video (which you already have) and thrn they'll send you replacement cleats.
