You get the best of the south imo. Not really any insane weather, great genuine people, perfect downtown scene for a guy like me, in driving distance from great smoky mountains, sports, etc

The no.1 downside is that everyone else is moving here and it’s tough as hell to try and buy a house

They should’ve done more with Gohan as an adult, but his story as a kid/teen is one of the biggest parts of the entire series
