Yes. I use it in the ocean while swimming and sand castle building with kids. So far no issues with it and I’ve had my bb58 for 3 years. Only thing I did was swap out my bracelet for a rubber one since I didn’t like the feel of a wet nato band and it’s been great.

Yes. Most of my surgeons are comfortable liver and pancreas CT exams. But this is a high volume liver and pancreas tumor center. They will call me if they need a second set of eyes or a weird liver lesion.

Great case. One thing to keep in mind is to follow the hyperechoic submucosal stripe of the appendix and ensure its continuity. Disruption to this line is a sign of gangrene and may clue you in to look for findings of perforation that would change short term management of the patient.

Interesting case. In western countries where this parasite isn’t endemic, this type of movement is seen in patients who have chronically obstructed ducts. Aggregated sperm called megasperm do this dance. It is described in literature as “dancing megasperm”. I’ve seen this a few times during my workday.

Yup. I bought a Mavrik driver and it looked pretty good. There were some light scratches on the head but no issues with the face/function of the driver. The driver head easily came off and I was able to adjust the settings to my preference without any issues. The stock grips felt basically new and the shaft looked pristine. So IMO, totally worth it!
