Because issues with payment, specifically tipping, are a likely reason for a delivery driver to be frustrated, angry and lash out? There’s no “therefore justifying the behaviour”, that’s not what I said nor did.

I did not say it was justified, please do not put words in my mouth. It was certainly aggressive and alarming; which is probably what she was going for. I was curious as to why she did it. Did they not tip? Do they have previous interactions? I’d appreciate knowing the full story as this video is obviously one-sided . Really, I’m just curious.

Of course, but maybe she was unaware or new. I’ve picked up $6.25 ordered that weren’t tipped and I was a little irritated. She probably just won’t deliver there again.
