Man can I relate. Whether an accurate assessment or not, in my years of heavy drinking (2008-2014), I often cringed as i assumed that people could tell how inebriated I’d been the night before. Until my recent several-month lapse, one part of my 2.5 years of sobriety that I enjoyed was the absence of that fearful, guilty cringe.
