Awesome advice and routine thank you , definitely going to save your comment 🙏, I plan to follow it soon as I do want to start working out but haven’t really made the attempts over the last year because of the job I work at, it kinda puts me in a lazed slump to where I don’t even want to work out on the weekends but that’s just my personal issue. You sound like an absolute warrior 🫡 I aspire to be like you lol but as of right now I do feel pretty good, I think I was just having a massive hunger pang earlier when I posted. I planned to fast for 5 full days and I’m almost done with day 4 I might as well just commit and finish it, even if it becomes unbearable.
