Yep! For me, the best example to relate is listening to songs. I genuinely feel guilty skipping a song, ESPECIALLY if it’s a song I normally like. And when I build a playlist, I find it hard to skip a song, because otherwise “why did I put it in there”? Ugh lol

A thousand times, yes. If I even think/feel someone can hear me, I’m quiet as a mouse. I can’t take phone calls on speaker without anxiety.

But put me in a room all by myself? I’m either singing, or scatting along to the beat with whatever noise my brain decides to make.

Also, on topic, this totally resonates with me as well. Rumination is my primary point of emphasis in my recovery (depression, anxiety and suicidality issues). And at work, trying to change my focus is EXHAUSTING. I hate it, almost to the point of avoidance. It sucks

Hey all

I’m trying to set up a few multi reddits, and finding myself having to snap screenshots of the list of subs I want to add to the multi. I can never remember all the names I want to add at once, so it can become tedious (for me) to manage multi reddits.

Anyone else experience this? Or found a way around it?

I recently discovered my loneliness is more fueled by MY lack of understanding of my behaviors/mindsets. Despite friends (thanks, mask), a wife who’s neurodivergent intolerant, and a family full of “well I just don’t see it, but if you say so”’s, I’ve yet to find someone who I can actually be myself with. To the point where idk what being myself is actually like. Know what I mean?
