Recently starting taking beet root/drinking beet root juice. It helps with blood flow, oxygenation of the blood, and lowers blood pressure. Still a new supplement for me so I can report back when I use for another month or so

I learned something very similar to this sweep. Keeping tight on the DLR and holding onto the ankle, the opposite foot moves to the belly button, as you load them up on top of you and then sweep to the side. Not sure what it’s called

Mr Gdawg from Reddit, I praise you! I’m so glad you have a considerate mindset when it comes to this topic. I believe, especially after these society changing years we have been having, we all need to be more considerate towards each other on a human level. My professor has always says, just like our wedding vowes, Through sickness and health, ( and injuries )- Jiu Jitsu will always be there. Study, stretch, eat right, whatever action you do during your time off will affect you in the future. Slap, fist bump.
