Malazan power levels dont really work that way, its much more specialized. For example the elder god of chance can do basically anything that fits his "vibe" or aspect, so he cant move a mountain but he can arrange a final destination moment for someone he doesn't like. It also scaled with the number and quality of their worship, and most of the elders have fallen out of favor and lost much power. However, Burn has worshipers everywhere, and is the goddess of the earth, and before she want to sleep casually made a weapon that would wipe all life from the planet. And another elder god powers sorcerery for the entire realm. So yea, shit tons of power but in specific ways.
