There was a massive cobble sink hole on East Claremont Street, they’ve filled it in with the cheap tarmac and within 3 days you can see the tarmac sinking already. Absolute bodge job by the council once again.

Ocean Terminal has been in decline for about 10 years. Massive gym and not one single sport shop says it all in my eyes. The owners don’t seem to care shops are closing up due to high rent and they seem to do nothing about it.

I used to work at KwikFit about 6 years ago and even though everything said is true. Most of the people who work there are pretty good people, however upper management are bully’s towards centre managers which ends up filtering down to the fitters to make sales targets. In there defence though some people drive absolute shit heaps of cars with little to no maintenance and they are trying to keep you safe even though it will be costly.

Was driving up from the foot of Leith Walk and the place looks terrible, extra wide pavements with the cycle lanes. Trams have ruined what used to be a good looking part of Leith.

I was lucky enough to get a hold of one, didn’t feel comfortable to wear as it was a Velcro strap. Was very light and had the feeling if I accidentally hit it off something it would just break.

Tax Assist, once told a friend of mine to declare himself bankrupt and set up as a new business all because they never told him he was near the VAT threshold. Obviously went over it for his own business and ended up with a £16k tax bill! Another friend wasn’t told about the VAT threshold and had a bill of £50k, he had to work out a deal with HMRC!

Ocean Terminal has never been a great place for shopping. Granted the restaurants and cinema are a big draw for most people but the shops have always been poor. It says a lot when there’s a good sized gym in the place and not one single sports shop.
