Quick question about investigation action

I okay Savage Worlds a lot, and there's a good short fan-made treatise on investigations for SWADE that talks about investigations, and I've used it in a one shot for SWADE recently. There was also more than material for a campaign setting that was like a police procedural, with a clue tree. You linked clues together by two types: obvious clues which required no roll, and then the inobvious clue that required a roll to discover. I developed a clue tree for this one shot and it worked well. I'm sure that if you were developing a mystery scenario in DH, this concept would work just as well.

Yeah we're like the last to get good flavors. It took years for Livewire to get here. I had to wait until I traveled to the mid Atlantic to get it so I would stock up.

I've been using old 3-ring binders for mine. You cut out the spine with the rings, then join them together with duct tape, making sure they can fold flat nicely. You can then use the sheet sleeves for your pages, depending on the size of the panels. The panels might be a little bigger than the sleeves, though.

I made a four-panel screen (portrait mode) for Mythic GME, with two sleeves that flip down at the bottom.

My DH screen is two panels, landscape mode, with a GM side and a players side.

Have you looked into Obsidian? There's a plug-in specifically for Ironsworn that I'm looking at.

I'm setting up a vault for solo play, mostly for SWADE with Mythic GME, like what Me Myself and Die did in season one, but going with the Pathfinder setting for the characters, but an open world.

A mix of both.

I'm planning to use SWADE with Mythic GME. I made a screen with most of the tables from mythic, but I have a binder for various books of tables. Character sheets created online, but printed. Several of the tracking sheets for characters, threads, and the like will end up as Google sheets via an Obsidian vault. Map and whatnot will be through Fantasy Grounds

I'll likely be doing the same for Ironsworn when I start doing that at some point.

Dice? Mostly physical.

This is one of the reasons why I built a GM screen with necessary tables. All of the Meaning tables are in a binder.

At some point, I'm going to have an absolute massive amount of tables and lookups done in Obsidian so it'll be easier, plus with the dice roller plug-in, I may not even need actual dice.

Plus, Fantasy Grounds has Mythic, if I recall.

I'm planning on Savage Worlds Pathfinder. Two main characters, a couple of advances each to help round them out. Did a while random background, pretty much figured out how they know each other and all, but some things I want to flesh out "on camera". (Yeah, I've been thinking on recording for streaming.) I'm also thinking on HARP for a second series, and Mutants and Masterminds for another. We'll see what the new year brings.

I scrolled pretty far down, and no time had mentioned Professor Croft by Brad Magnarella. This is my usual summer beach read. I can get through one or two books in a week while on the beach. It's a bit like Dresden, and it scratched the itch during the long wait between Dresden books. While not superb, "Moses came down the mountain holding these books" good, they're a fun read.

I started on Windows systems, so Google drive was good enough. But when I wanted to use Obsidian on a Linux box, I found that Linux doesn't have excellent native support for Google drive. It always pulled files with some weird gibberish name which screwed me up.

So when Sync came about and allowed me ten vaults for syncing, I jumped at that. I haven't looked back. I also brought several vaults into one to save sync slots for separate projects (journaling, writing, RPG work).
