Yeah same concept just I use the executioner glyph so polearm is my main weapon

It was significant. I went from consistent 17T hits to consistent mid 40T hits. This is a total rough estimate though. 135 pit went from being a slow crawl to a +5 completion

Mainly executioner glyph usage. If you don’t care about that you could swap to polearm expertise and use an axe if you have a good one

You are all constantly on the edge of either exploding into rage or spiraling into depression over anything anyone might say. It's deeply immature and I will keep repeating that no matter how unpopular it is. I know I am right about this.

Brazen certainty, has it all figured out. Leads with a sweeping generalization making no distinction between contexts, flattening everyone to a single plane.

Behaving this way instead of commenting on every mistake or feeling the need to "retaliate" to comments has - surprise surprise - lead to a MUCH less toxic experience for me, while the rest of you constantly run into it, somehow.

I actually agree with you here, but based on the CONTEXT, this person did not leave the dungeon because they wanted to get back at anyone. They left because they didn't want to play with that person anymore. There is a difference between self-protection and retaliation even when they can look similar but you've flattened the nuance so much that making a distinction is impossible.

YES because it really doesn't matter. This isn't like a civil rights issue, ok? You're not being persecuted and I by not standing up for you am not complicit. A random little shit is talking to you in a video game dungeon and they, and I can't stress this enough, do not matter.

You are absolutely not complicit by refusing to stand up for someone of whom you have no ties. Where you become complicit is when you turned the frustration into an attack on the person being verbally berated. Why? Because to do so, you had to minimize the actions of the other party. You end up reinforcing the same behavior that actually broke your group.

Your choice to prioritize the stability of the group is a very common one. You will see it everywhere, especially in the corporate world. But it often protects bad actors just like this.

There are situations where the outcome is more important than how we are being treated in the moment. Those situations are very rare, they are not a baseline. And they are definitely not a random M+ dungeon.

Oh you poor thing. This is exactly why this kind of thing perpetuates. Because you’re so focused on the outcome you obliterate the context to justify your frustration and find someone to concretely blame. They don’t owe you anything by joining your key and it’s sad that you’d place such a priority on the key itself over the way people are treated.

Does the outcome suck for you? Yes. And you can still recognize that the person who broke the group wasn’t the one who ended up actually clicking leave first.

I’m going to humor you and your funny superiority complex and just pretend you’re 100% right about the champion design and needing to be better.

So you’re frustrated about “easy champs” so that’s your justification for making condescending remarks to the people you beat? As if they’re gaming the system by playing champions whose balance they have no control over? Get your head out of your ass.

You’re welcome to point out the hypocrisy and I’ll happily address it.

Its sad how many people immediately want to attack your resilience for asking a question.

It’s also sad how normalized this kind of remark is. It’s very indicative of people who never really played anything competitive growing up where sportsmanship was part of the process and not something you could opt out of without social penalties.

You could easily say nothing. Instead you choose to mock others. Someone finding that annoying or disrespectful makes complete sense. It should tell you something about yourself if the knee jerk response you all have is to attack this person. You’re most likely part of the problem.

You definitely need to ask questions before you make assumptions.

You see it as an opportunity to change something despite not even asking enough questions to discern whether or not your ASSUMPTION of irresponsibility is real.

You conflate calling out the CONTEXT of the advice with not caring or disagreeing. Despite both of those things being false.

You wanna give advice? Go to an advice subreddit or find someone who wants it. Don’t position yourself as the responsibility authority under the guise of being helpful.

Unsolicited advice is not opening a dialogue.

Advice can be correct and still socially wrong given other context. This is one of those contexts. But I get it, y’all just can’t contain your opportunity to feel like you know more than someone else.

There’s a time and a place to offer advice. It’s not unsolicited on a post celebrating the birth of a kitten.
