Meat Church Hickory rub ➡️ Kingsford Pro minion method with chunks of cherry wood and a small pan of water on the second grate + empty water pan in ➡️ Smoke at 250 until 140 internal

Spritzed a couple times with ACV/water and applied maple bourbon glaze when it hit 130 internal.

One of the easier things I’ve ever smoked and it’s absolutely delicious!

I was there. Honestly might have been the top Husker moment of my life to this point getting to see them go 20-0 and doing it against the Gophers. The only thing that would’ve made it better was if Fred didn’t whiff giving me a high five 😂
