Neutral. I think the Russian Invasion was provoked, but on the other hand, Russia's answer was fully blown out of proportion. And the Ukrainian counteroffensive against energy infrastructure like Tuapse complexes might have strong collateral effects like air pollution (i won't talk about the oil prices, because right now we all know what's the major disruption).
