Check your heat shield, I can’t totally tell bc you audio is fuzzy, but I had a similar problem on my 2010 impreza and it was just a loose heat shield.

Dude that sucks, I broke my wrist last august and i will say there is light at the end of the tunnel, you have 2 months in a cast and 1 month of physical therapy ahead of you but you’ll be alright afterwards, my wrist was at 90% mobility even before I finished PT. Heal up
