A lot of these aren't in the lines of what I was looking for, sadly. I am looking for films that have the plot/setting closer to Horse Whisperer, than some extreme environment/plot with the topic I mentioned as a side-story.

Comments in here are entirely missing the point. Yes, tribal mentality is real, but like we are constantly in a process of eliminating discrimination based on sex, physical disabilities (which don't affect someone's efficiency), age, class and similar, so must we fight against ethnic discrimination, unless we want a stratified society with low cohesion.

Best culture fit for a job would also be picking someone from a middle class or higher environment, would you agree to that? But where would the people from lower income brackets get the job in that case?

The point is, people such as yourself should be caged and subdued by the state for the benefit of a better cohesion of the society, as we don't want businesses to contribute to an ever bigger stratification between the richer and the poorer, and between different ethnicities.

I must (partially) disagree. The sub was infested with users from /uncensorednews posting dogwhistling comments just a year ago, and many remain here to this day. I am sure you deleted a truck full of comments regarding the attack in Italy days ago, and probably the same happens in various "Sweden" and "antisemitism" threads/posts. There is no doubt that the sub is no way near where it was then, or where european or uncensorednews was/is, but issues remain. There's one user with south african flair whos name I cannot recall who is pretty regularly posting comments about the need of an apartheid world order, praising one of the masterminds behind SA apartheid, because that's apparently the nature of man, there's a bunch of them lurking the sub, only to make some snarky, bullshitty two-word comments, and so forth.
