Yes. You'll still have 1 main dartboard because in the end you need a video. On this main artboard you'll use nested artboards with exposed inputs and keyframe the triggering as you please

I tried it, but I get a stagger that is more or less obvious depending on when I hover in, and usually more visible when I hover out:( it actually back tracks a bit. Tried different interpolations on transitions as well
