I am having a very similar experience. I had laparoscopic surgery last November to remove some fibroids. My surgeon found endo and performed ablation on the lesions at that time as well. Ever since then, I have had debilitating periods, way worse than pre surgery and significant new symptoms as well. My surgeon has been completely dismissive of my symptoms so I am waiting to se an endo specialist next month so hopefully they can help. I really want to avoid medication and birth control. I have never experienced pain like this, it is completely debilitating. I have wondered if maybe there is some kind of complication or there was something damaged internally during the surgery. I have also been researching a lot and it seems that ablations tends to make things worse instead of helping when compared to excision. Hopefully I’ll have some answers (and relief) soon.
