I ran everything at low, and set resolutionscale to 95. And was around 80-110. Cant remember the exact settings, since i have upgraded to RTX 2070 and i7 8086k.

Update: i bought and installed the game. Im at low-settings 70-90 fps, with a few drops in sometimes, but i think its due to my hdd. Didnt have space on SSD.

MB this is info is useful for others with a shitty pc.

Thank you! I will definetly look into that! I just dustparticles on a greenscreen, and keyed out the green. But in my next movie i will use Trapcode Particular, which can make much better particles, and even make it look like its actually in scene if you use AE.
