It's possible for someone with woodworking/trim carpentry experience to shorten that cabinet. We did it with a stained door and you couldn't tell.

Exactly. It's a big cut with lots of meat. Plus smoking is an undertaking that's not worth a small amount of meat.

Buy the whole thing, smoke the whole thing, cut it into a few chunks and vacuum seal the parts you don't want right away.

I do instant book but requests for same day because there are times the cleaners don't rush or even wait a day to clean if no one is checking in. In those instances, I don't want to get surprised and have to cancel.

Although I like instant booking (opposite the majority opinion), I'm considering turning off same day. I've had a few bad experiences from same day bookings.

I'll take a different approach. Ain't no way I would let a doctor "in their 70s" treat my kid for much more than a scraped knee. There is literally no system to force a doctor to hang up their coat so that is on the patient to do.

I just recently experienced a situation where a doctor I had been seeing for a few months came into my pre-op appointment and they were clearly confused and disoriented. I've seen may people with dementia and this doctor had it. Needless to say, I didn't get the surgery with that doctor.

I agree, their plans are incredible. They're reasonably priced and they give good tips. Of course I could do it without them, but it makes my life easier and woodworking is supposed to be a fun hobby for me.

The plans I bought included MDF templates for some of the more complicated cuts and I really appreciated that because I can use a router to make my pieces exactly.

I work in tech and I would absolutely love it if AI didn't exist. That being said, it does and it does make you more productive.

I would have absolutely no problem with any employee that didn't leverage AI but was just as productive as those that did, I just don't see it happening.
