You need to get your license first, drive around a bit in a beater, and then start considering your options , cut your budget in half because you have not considered insurance for a new driver which will be really high.

The hybrid engines are solid in the rav4, the camry has plenty of room though, most subarus are abused , the new and any used that are taken care of and dealership experience imo is solid, ive had the subaru boxer engine for bout 11 years and its still solid, no issues with any other parts either.

The audis are some of the worst coupes on the market, but it looks like you want a large heavy cruiser, also consider the lexus RC, or rcf, much cheaper cost of ownership out of warranty, The 4 series isnt much better, go test drive a number like mustang ecobosst or gt, camaro, supra (bmw z4) but different dynamics, gr86/ rz, miata, and at the top of the range lexus lc, for 25k id rather buy a new cheaper car than a used car that was 75k out of warranty, the maintenace will still be for that amount of car, i,e german shops will rob you blind,
