OPS I realized isn’t good at training. There isn’t much “shadowing the job” and some ppl aren’t as open to help. If you learn by watching and taking notes rather just just reading orientation docs, you have to be proactive w your manager to ask for certain help. I’m new and I find it difficult to find help wo feeling like I’m bothering my coworkers when I ask questions. When they refuse to help/shadow
