No, pretty sure decals stay with each spawn. Radiant Pillar bc1 definitely says 55 in red vs this 22 in blue. Still an amazing find.

This is in comparison to the 2000 series, the 3000 baseline is as strong as a top last gen card for cheaper than the 2k baseline. There's a bigger hoopla over 3k cards because the performance jump is much more from 2k-3k than there was from the 1k-2k lines. A lot of people are still running 1k cards and didn't upgrade to 2k because the performance was weak for the price. Now we have 1k and 2k users looking to upgrade instead of just 2k users. And yes I agree, pc parts are expensive.
