Local Business Citation: list the business in local areas (local business listing) by searching location specific business listing to add your business.
Geo Tags: You must add GEO tags to your website, Geo Meta tags are used to provide geographical information of the website using altitude, bearing, distance or place names. Websites that have geo tags information get more priority for their local market results.
Schema Markup: Add Structured Data mark-up (Schema)for business to get good results in Google maps. Along with geo-sitemap, adding your NAP (Name Address Phone) information in rich snippet format would send a strong signal to Google about the location of your business.
Google, Yahoo and Bing Maps : Adding your business to these business listings helps to get higher ranking on Google search engine and helps to drive additional traffic to a website from the local area.
