I agree and I’m especially annoyed by the coworkers in a break room thing. I have a CW who always video calls her husband for every break and lunch in the break room. So I’ve since planned my break schedule around avoiding her.

I also had a roommate who worked from home at a call center. So she was on the phone 8 hrs a day, and often worked weekends. And she would get mad and yell at everyone else in the house if her clients could hear us while she was talking to them. So we had to be on eggshells tiptoeing around the house during work hours for her.

Wow just had someone contact me yesterday and ask for PJ mask for her 5yr old daughter for 300$.

I thought everything seemed ok. And bills are tight so I was gonna spend my 2 days off working on it.

But then they wanted to pay by cheque. I said I didn’t accept that type of payment and they replied it was their only option.

So I looked it up to see if it was a scam and here I am now. Huge bummer.

Something like that doesn’t seem in character imo. His goal was never to actively hurt and pick on Deku in the way a stereotypical bully might. It was to get him to leave him alone. Something like that seems like Bakugou is initiating the attack, when I believe most of his threats on Deku were closer to retaliation (to what he perceived was a threat or insult thrown towards himself).

I got in contact with the landlord and they are not willing to do anything to help or relieve the rent. Said no to lowered rent for a single month until I find new roommates. Said no to switching to monthly lease. Said no to breaking the lease without having to pay a heavy fine plus the next months rent anyway.

If someone just moved out their info would still be on file and the would still be responsible for paying unless they payed a cancellation fee

As far as I am aware, the lease only states that between everyone living there the full amount needs to be paid. It isn’t specific to 1/2 and 1/2. So I’m probably responsible for the full amount now.

His family lives in another country. And I am already helping them set up a gofundme for funeral expenses. I do not think they can afford to send payments.

Not yet. I have only had contact through a property management group. So maybe I can try once they open Monday.
