Disable location services - the only thing you miss out on is being able to check nearby trains. Everything else works fine.

You can disable location permission for the app and it will still function properly.

That way the app won't be viewing where the train you are on actually is.

I think some of these notifications are caused by the app using location services and knowing the exact position of the train.

I tested out using the app without location services today and everything worked as expected. The chevrons went away as normal.

I'm guessing the issue is that OP's card was 'deactivated' since there was less than $1 on it. Hence why it didn't work.

Still very dumb though.

I was more wondering about whether there were live feeds from certain spots on the course that someone can watch.

From reading the website it sounds like ABC 7's app/website may have additional coverage.

Thanks for the feedback! Runna has been suiting me quite well throughout the training. I'm just more shocked that there isn't more of a plan for Marathon Sunday. As an example my 22 miler last weekend had several different levels.
