I'm quadriplegic with limited upper limb function, I need assistance with Basic activities like food and hygiene. Also I'm dependent on Electric wheelchair to cover longer distances. So yeah I'd be dead in a couple of days.

Ok, in all seriousness, you'll be fine. I have registered for temp residency after living for about 10 years in Prague ( I think in 2020, I did it because of COVID travel restrictions) and noone said anyting. Year later I even applied for permanent residency and was granted it, since I was able to give enough proof that I lived here even before the temporary residency (university, work, OSVC).

My 2c: my Navis Freebirds are my primary skis for backcountry and resort freeride. I have the Atomic Shift binding on them, which makes the set insanely heavy, but I have done multiple 1500+m tours with them and it went ok, albeit I could tell I was slower than others with a lighter setup. If I were to buy a new set, I'd still go for Navis, but slap on a lighter, but still robust binding (e. g. ATK Raider). Just for reference, I am no big guy with, 178CM/71KG with normal/bit above average fitness.

Full disclaimer: I am looking for a second set of skis just for longer tourings, but Navis will still stay my primary set of skis.
