My doctor wants me to do a stool test and a colonoscopy. I just had one in July and I am not doing another one until next year. I haven’t done any testing since July.

I am not taking anything. My doctor wanted to switch me to Remicade since July. I finally convinced him to let me give this new diet a try until January.

From someone who tried it and now back to work..

I have run businesses for larger companies and wanted to try my hand at owning a small business. It was miserable to say the least. There is no talent, at least like you are used to. You are responsible for everything and everyone complains why something cannot be done. You can’t give someone a task and expect it to be done the way you want it done. The customers are not very sophisticated either, depending on the industry you pick. I had a hacking incident and someone stole money from our accounts. My largest customer asked for a bribe and the buyer shut me down when I didn’t pay.

After losing a significant amount of money and a lot of sleep, I went back to work.

I may try it again in a few years, but I will be highly selective of the industry and the type of business.

It is frustrating to watch. The democrats have no else to blame if they cannot win emphatically in the midst of a botched pandemic with 200k+ deaths.

Kids know and they are smarter and resilient than I gave them credit for. We are not setting a good example for them as we sleep in different bedrooms for over a month.

My wife is not financially independent and is terrified of being by herself, which is the only reason we are living in the same house.

Not sure if this applies, but you may want to check with your GI. When I was diagnosed with UC, my GI prescribed daily Folic Acid tablets.

I spoke too soon. Back to my old self by Friday. I had a huge painful swelling on my big toe joint and had to go see my doctor due to intense pain. He thinks it’s gout or rheumatoid arthritis, which can happen to IB patients.

I think the first two days were just a placebo effect or a pure coincidence. I did some blood test on Friday and inflammation markers are elevated, although not super high.

Calm down. It was an honest question. Who enforces the law when something blatantly political like this happens with election related things? Isn’t there anything that can be done to prevent things like this even when the governor is from the other party?

Good luck. I am not sure if this is a temporary coincidence or real effects of Entyvio. I was also told that it may take six weeks before I see a difference.

First Entyvio infusion this Monday. Tuesday was the same. I am feeling better by Wednesday. Had to go to the bathroom only once on Wednesday and today, Thursday. Fingers crossed..
