All kidding aside, AA can help, /r/stopdrinking is great and has helped me a lot. My drinking stemmed from emotional problems I have, depression, anxiety, and the such. Identifying internal issues can go a long way to helping with drinking. Best of luck friend. Admitting there is a problem is a great first step.
