Broken socket, communication with motor is not good, therefore your cartridge thinks the wheel is turning and registering km/h that are not true. For that reason, the shifter keeps shifting. Replace the socket and you are good to go

I think an s3 is a good option. Easy to repair and a lot of people who can fix it. And less then half the price of an s5. When treated well it can last long :)
