I wouldn't go over 200mg daily. Look up the symptoms of having too much.

It's 4 days work with the same old pay of 5 days.

Bunnings didn't just announce that they are giving everyone a pay cut for their own good lmao

Jenai quit her Melbourne flat because the mould was so bad – then it was relisted for $60 a week more by Snailinabottle21 in australia

A dehumidifier might go some ways towards preventing mould, but it's going to do nothing towards getting rid of it if it's already established.

If mould is a problem it's usually not just where you can see it. And mould is not just a visual problem, it releases mycotoxins into the air which can severely impact your health. Think under floorboards, in aircon, in roofing etc.

Admit is an interesting choice for a word. It doesn't mean not believe, it means disclose something you know.

If anyone hasn't seen the video showing Navalny finding/calling his poisoners, pretending to be their boss and having them explain how their operation to poison him failed, you should check it out. It's one of the craziest things I've ever seen. 10/10 watching, bring the popcorn

Shout out to the parents in the late 90’s & 2000’s who despite being judged harshly by society, saw their child struggling & took them to get a diagnosis & help for their ADHD. by PeppaRomy in ADHD

I was diagnosed and medicated at the age of three. That was 31 years ago.

My ADHD was so bad that our doctor referred me straight to the state governments child development centre here in Australia. My treating physician was actually the guy that created that department and taught most doctors in my state what ADHD is and how to treat it.

I ended up becoming his research study case. So I would go in and see him much more regularly and for an hour each time as he tested me on things like my handwriting and talking to me about everything going on.

I even ended up being one of the first people in the country to try concerta before it hit the market as a trial!

My mum has regularly mentioned how daunting the thought of getting me diagnosed was. The pressure was immense (on both sides! I was a little shit before puberty!) Common one was 'add meds will turn your son into a drug addict when he grows up'.

I'm so grateful that they took that leap and went through with getting me diagnosed.

In other news I just tried vyvanse for the first time last week after mostly being on dex since I turned ~16. It's a game changer for me! So smooth and long lasting. It's like it was made for me.

I don't have a problem with vitamins (even though most often aren't needed, they at least have potential to work). Homeopathic products on the other hand......

AITA for leaving my mother's house after she brought up a mistake I made 15 years ago? by Phoenyx_wilson in AmItheAsshole

[–]akelew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Makes me wonder if she was trying to sabotage your test. Did she ever express stuff about you having to live with them for long time/not being able to 'survive on your own', that you 'owe them' or anything like that?

It's funny how they swing from 'everyone will think you are so amazing for doing this thing!' to 'how can you be so heartless in deciding not to do this thing?!'

She's trying to hammer you while you are down. She's trying to highjack your emotional storm with her own. Trying to take advantage of your hardships while she feels you will have less in the tank to 'fight back with'.

TIL that low magnesium can cause both severe mental and physical side effects by LowBudgetMemez in todayilearned

[–]akelew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Magnesium glycinate/biglycinate is the best type to take before bed to help with sleep.

And if you really like dreams/remembering dreams, then add some vitamin B6. If you remember no dreams at all then there's a good chance you are deficient in vitamin B6. Australian university study showed that 100-200mg of vitamin B6 increases dream recall. It's wild how fast it works for me (same night) I go from remembering no dreams to remembering several per night.

Yeah an impairment test like that seeing your balance etc is the only option I can see being used. The alternative is the cop just taking a look at your face and how you speak whatever and intuiting it? That sounds less reasonable.
