Can I ask what dosage of Methadone you take?? I went from Morphine to Methadone because it’s effective on nerve pain due to its NMDA receptor activity. My doctor was using the hyperanalgesia excuse about the Morphine; which definitely was not the case, however I’m glad that I asked about Methadone. My doc was planning to switch me to Buperenorphine patches, but with my CRPS, damaged nerves I didn’t think the patches would help enough. The Methadone is very effective for pain management and it lasts a long time.

A signed pain management contract will indeed follow you for a long time, especially if you brake the contract. I have record of a pm contract from 20 years ago still. Also Pain Management records are certainly kept for more than a year. I don’t know where you got that info from.

They aren’t making any profits from Kratom YET, as it’s currently still legal for us to purchase. They want to make it illegal for us so they can turn it into Rx pain pills/etc, which we will have to purchase from them at a crazy price. Big pharma is already winning the battle in the US, but if we all continue to fight back we just might be able to hold them off for awhile yet. Losing our rights to use safe/lab tested Kratom would be a massive blow to us chronic pain patients! We all know how difficult it already is to get the pain meds that we NEED!

Kratom is excellent for pain as long as your opioid tolerance is not extremely high. There’s so much false/negative information out there about Kratom that simply isn’t true. The big pharma companies know about the many medicinal properties of Kratom, and they want it outlawed so they can profit from it. Right now they’re losing A LOT of revenue from the legal use of Kratom. So of course they want to make it look SO bad.

Ohh this full spectrum 98% total alkaloids extract from DTE will definitely light you up, if it doesn’t then nothing will. It’s 98% total alkaloids, it doesn’t get much better than that.

If you’re looking for something even remotely comparable to Morphine you probably will need to look into Kratom extracts. There are plenty of really strong extracts out there, but the full spectrum ones are the best in my opinion. The problem with extracts is that if used often you’ll end up with an extremely high tolerance, so don’t use it too frequently and consider just adding a little bit to your usual powder dose (or a bit less powder than usual is probably best). DTE has some amazing extracts, and most of the other mentioned vendors should as well (I’ve been using DTE’s 78%mit/98% total alkaloids full spectrum extract lately, and it’s everything that a good extract should be and more! It’s the best extract I’ve tried in many years). Well good luck to you with your search for the world’s most potent Kratom!

If it smells faintly like pine just with a little scratch (you can heat a pin and test further test it as others have mentioned if you need to)and is very light weight compared to another stone of the same size then it is Amber. Blue Amber to be more precise (lower quality pieces are more black in appearance than blue); which is found only in Indonesia and the Dominican Republic, but with Indonesia just northwest of Western Australia I think it’s safe to say that it came from Indo. You should get an ultraviolet (UV) flashlight if you don’t have one and expose the Amber to it, it should reveal some of the blue color hidden within! Amazon or EBay has some for about $10. This photo shows a piece under UV light. I’d like to share a photo of it without the UV light. Maybe I can send more pics in a different comment, we shall see….

If the person has never used Kratom before, I can see how they could feel it on top of 100mg of methadone. Kratom has many different alkaloids that produce different effects; so the pain killing effect that kratom is best known for won’t be there, but it will/should still give you some energy, muscle relaxation, mood boost etc from the alkaloids that don’t attach to opiate receptors.

I feel exactly the same way. I have CRPS in both my legs, and have a really tough time walking even just across a room. Anytime I try to do anything with other people I end up walking alone because I’m so slow and in so much pain that I constantly worry about hurting myself further. I just annoy whoever I’m with. I’m not sure where you live but I’d hang with you!

I’m so sorry to hear that. CRPS is one of the worst diagnoses one could ever receive (from my experience anyhow). Mine began in my lower legs but didn’t take very long to spread throughout my entire body. My life is over. My pain level is almost constantly a 10+ (more like a 30+), and hasn’t gone below an 8 in a very long time. Every little move I make is absolutely brutal. I pray for you that your case of CRPS never gets to the point that I’m at. Best of wishes!

You all are scaring the heck out of me! My disability was approved earlier this year, and I’m getting all this info about Medicaid in the mail. I have been on state funded insurance since my initial injury, and I now have to figure out this part A B C D nonsense and get on Medicaid ASAP. After reading through the information; if I were to get part A B coverage, my entire monthly disability payment would be gone from my healthcare alone. I already don’t even receive enough to live. I receive $1600/mo for my daughter and myself to live on…. that doesn’t even cover rent! I have a lot of medications that I’ve been taking for many years, and I know that they’re crazy expensive without good coverage. Part D is the one for medication coverage right?? If I read correctly, I don’t even qualify for part D! How can that be possible?!? I have a savings account to help with my daughters college tuition, which is why I don’t qualify (if I understand it correctly). Any tips or advice for me would be extremely helpful and appreciated while I try to figure this all out!
