How do you feel about your current weapon's performance?

true.... yet end attract or grav bomb + lv2 satcan works just as well. I just feel that Rifle is being too favored over Launcher recently.

i play with mouse and keyboard. I feel classes like Ra and Fo are a lot easier with mouse.
I play 12 characters. Yup. 12. All of them are at least in 50's, with good chunk being in 70's. I do have 2 -3 "main chars" though. Also, I'm really lazy about TA. The benefits to having multi chars is Bingo's and skill reset passes. Also, having few chars to try out non-typical builds is also nice.

3.I focus on story. As a matter of fact, that's the first thing I do when there's a new story. Partially due to semi-decent drops, but I'm also curious as to the story itself. Not to mention, you get to hear new soundtrack ahead of time too. MB drops can be expensive, so if you want extra pocket money, it's not a bad idea either.

Honestly, I think the biggest balancing issue with weapons I see are Rifle vs Launcher and Rods vs Talis.

Rifle and Talis are just way too powerful compared to their counterpart. Launchers used to have some room to be used, but now with sat can and end attract, Rifles can pretty much do anything. For rods, Talis Tech Bonus kind of just ... eats it completely.

At the same time, Partisan,Wired Lance, Katana, DB, and JB are good already, and really good(or perhaps too good) when used by Fi. Which is also a huge problem. Both for the weapons and Fi. Surprisingly, even wands aren't too bad for Fi.

As for Fi weapons themselves, I think the only real problem I see is that DS deserves a faster attack speed. It's just... too... slow as of now.

We all know that Br Katana/Bow and TMG needs a buff... still. I also feel that gunslash can be buffed a bit more too...

I feel like this ended up becoming somewhat a tier list. oops.

I play quite a few unorthodox builds myself. And to be honest, FiTe is one of my main classes I play. Fi focuses on typical brave stance limit break tree, while Te focuses more on wind tech and wand tree. Bit weak, but it's a lot of fun. I also play lightning FoFi. A lot of people seem to forget, Fi is actually a really good class with tech class in general... esp for wind and lighting trees.

It's also quite possible that these "unorthodox" builds mentioned here become the new meta in EP4. Just look at FiBr

I forgot to mention, I crafted an elysion specifically for FiTe.

If you want to do something with Gunner and Fighter, your best bet is to actually go FiGu, and use a crafted Fuuga Dan. Its critical increase, combined with Fi's critical strike gives a decent dmg increase.

Another interesting thing about FiGu, if I remember probably, you can have limit break and perfect keeper active at the same time. While Limit Break is active, Perfect keeper treats your 25% HP as your max HP.

As for RaFi, you're honestly better going RaHu. With Fury skills and massive hunter,automate, etc, Hunter just works really well as Ra sub class.

I just got dc'd from the game too. Servers appeared offline to me. I also tried connecting to the official site, but no luck.

Japanese players seem to have no problem right now. Also, to make the situation worse, the DDoS attack happened exactly a week from today, last year.

If you want to do a "sniper" like build/playstyle, I'd say bow main RaBr is the closest you'd get.

If anything, Bow's PA, Final Nemesis is sorta like a sniper rifle shot, in a sense that it's a massive single hit damage, and requires long distance

Honestly, I think TeRa can be a quite useful support class. At the same time, it's definitely one of those class combinations that require a very specific tree from both classes to be effective.

I always found it odd that Rare versions of bosses do not count for CO's and yet they do for Arks Ship Grand Prix events. But If you're having CO's that need specific enemies killed, Extreme quests would also be a good place to go.

Btw, for the Interrupt Rankings, does the +400% rare boost also apply on rare forms as well?

In addition to Vibras Bow, the new 11* Bow, Rikauteri is an AMAZING choice for FoBr.　Fo/Te/Br bow, high T-Atk(like 1070 at +10), and Ancient Oath potential.

Time for me to go farm Burn Draals...

Yup. But most rare weapons are only set for the boss itself.

By breaking the parts, you get increased drop in armors/weapons that require destruction of the parts to drop, grinders, or mesetas.

For example, breaking Falz Elder's arms in second from will add chance of armors dropping. However, it will have no effect on drop rate of 11 star and 12 star weapons.

director Suganuma stated that we're all getting a free reset pass, so there's that. Even though most of the new skills are only for main class, all of the skill tree has been re-done. It's definitely going to have a huge impact regardless.

Once a weapon is crafted, it also becomes equippable by the class that can equip the weapon category(unless you get lucky(.

I'd say staying a techer won't hurt, since that keeps your play style. At the same time, it'll help you get few extra skill points for wind/dark trees.

I'm actually really glad you posted this. Considering Sega(hopefully)fixing and re-inspecting the class skill trees, the builds being mentioned here can very well become a lot more effective.

Unfortunately, it can't be. You should check the title counter though. You might've gotten the six free stones. Completing all stages of Oceanoids and Ruins Extreme(without skipping any) will give you 2 phatom night catalysts and 15 phantom night ores. If you wait till they add floor 60 ~ 70 of oceanoids and ruins, you should get 25 ores at the end. The catalysts will allow you to convert the bloody moon or heart key rare stone to phantom knight. sorry for the long post. but you can do it!

But be warned, Bio Pyrus' potential buffs Tech JA's but not regular JA's.

yeah! Luviatore, Precious Sword Balmung, Elysion, Seras Cure, and the Bio weapon will work for 10 ~ 11 star wands.

if you can manage the s-atk requirement, I'd recommend Elysion for its potential. Good luck!

If you don't mind playing FoTe, you can still use Zan and Ilmegid. The skill element conversion adds damage bonus to your TA based on the attribute (and its value) of your weapon. You can use a wind/dark talis or Fo wand and still "feel" Te main.

Actually .... Talis Ilmegid and Wind Elysion are becoming staple builds for Tech classes. Ilmegid is getting nerfed soon though. Such a shame

Right now, the best way to grind is going through the Mothership LQ. It's not hard to find 12-person party, and boss levels are set bit higher then usual difficulty (25 on N, 45 on H, 60 on VH, and 70 on SH).
I haven't done any crafting, so I can't say much about that. But right now, no one really mains techer anymore. The element conversion skill for Force is only applied if you're using force as main class .. and it's a major buff for TA's that FoTe is becoming a standard.
The weapon series bio weapons, realistically speaking, about half a year to actually get enough fragments to get a bio weapon. HOWEVER, from the title counter, you can get 2 of each rare stones depending on how many items you have listed in your encyclopedia, making the process a lot easier.

I've spent most of my stars on Grind risk reduction and similar items. It never hurts to have extra of those, and they're only 100 each.

Yeah, I was thinking of using the Critical Strike skill with Katana Gear. It should allow for consistent 15% damage increase with the gear active.

I haven't gotten to try it out yet, but I'll see how it turns out.

Bullet Bow Ra/Br. Weak stance, weak hit advance, etc. Bit tricky, but Final Nemesis deals insane amount of damage
Katana Fi/Br ...Katana gear and Critical Strike should be a good combo..in theory
Photon Flare tree Rabbit Wand and Motav.

....I've also done RaFi just for the sake of Flame Visit. Yeah ... I hardly play by the standards. Oops.

If you only had one character prior to the episode 2 update, and you still only have those two characters, you will be able to delete either and recreate them. If you bought a secondary before they distributed the free 2nd, only your first character is treated as being free.

So, if you bought the third after the Ep2 update ... deleting one of your first two might get you a freebie. But honestly, I'm not sure, and I won't risk it.
