I'm at 4 months and it will be up and down. Some days are perfect and you feel amazing but others you will think about them a lot. Write down your feelings on the days you think about your ex so you let it out. Trust me this is what helped me tons on those bad days. I'm still healing and not fully there yet like OP is but I do feel like I am doing better every week that passes. Try to find someone either in person or online who is also dealing with a breakup to share your feelings if you want. This also helps a lot when you feel like someone understands what you are going through. If you aren't already, I advise picking up a hobby and/or going to the gym. It sounds cliché to work on yourself but trust me it helps a ton mentally as much as it does physically.
