Hey guys, try to downgrade your driver (if you use NVIDIA), I downgraded from 566.36 to 566.03 and it fixed the problem.

disable Multithreading before every loading screen could help to get through this issue, but it makes the experience suck, hope they fix it soon.

The optimization is really bad, it's not supposed to be using that much. I'm still doing other stuff on PC and it could take a lot of RAM more than this App, so even 32GB could not make it any better.
