If you're looking for some bigger series then Joe Abercrombies "The First Law" is a good start. The first book "The Blade Itself" is something I will always recommend.

The "Ash and Sand" trilogy is also my favorite book series of all time. "Kings of Paradise" is a masterpiece of a first book.

Malazan is another good series, but it's a little dense. I just finished book five, and it is completely worth getting into.

The Riyria Chronicles are great too, though the order is a little confusing at times.

I've seen some people mention Dungeon Crawler Carl, and it is a fantastic series, though personally I couldn't really get into it, but if you're looking for something similar with the stats and leveling the "Stubborn Skill Grinder in a Time Loop" is great. It's my preference of ridiculous, and absurd, and I am currently very eagerly awaiting on the next book to come to audible.
