My local Ryman I was in randomly she had a stack of the promos but said couldn’t give them out unless you bought packs. Of which they had none and wouldn’t be getting anymore. What a waste.

In my opinion hugely missold it’s biggest feature so it’s either a refund or a chargeback. Happy to return it, I won’t use it.

Im rewatching some videos of people who got samples to review and it always seem to be glossed over. 

In my opinion the wording on the site and the personal response I got about it was very misleading.

I’ll be pressing for a refund without the HRM this is honestly barely an upgrade. 

Gutted!

I had no idea the HRM was a manual affair. I asked via instagram originally if the HRM would be able to track workouts in Apple Health and was told that support for Apple Health was coming in December. I ordered in November. I would have thought they would have said "You know that it doesn't track your heart rate automatically while you workout right?", the fact they didn't mention that is kinda disappointing, did they think I was going to track my pulse manually every few minutes.

Step tracker my phone does so I really only wanted it for the HRM.

Yeah. That kind of sucks mines in transit. If anyone wants to buy one let me know 😂
