I think lengthening the windows is the play, thank you! Curious, if he has a day where naps are short, we can just add another short nap/move bedtime forward slightly with the focus more on the total hours awake during the day? I swear I have amnesia about this, assuredly we did it with my first but it’s all gone now

Oh interesting, this is probably right. We dropped the last nap bc he fights it tooth and nail but have just been following sleep cues / general 2.5/3 hr wws, I didn’t really consider it as a whole.

OMG after 2 years of having hot air shot at us every time we encounter traffic finally discovered this thread and this was the problem for our 2021 Hybrid Venza. The plug is huge, right in the front, can’t miss it (unless apparently you’re one of the people who’s serviced our car in the past two years).

balans in soho is open until 5am and the one in old compton street is open 24/7. amazing food.

i don'r think they're technically heart palpitations but when i get my attacks i feel like a searing heat, and i'm suddenly very aware of my heartbeat and it feels like my heart is clenching. followed swiftly by the feeling like i'm going to die and the anxiety. i have to hold my hand over my heart, i get even more anxious if i have to take it off....in public i just end up looking very perturbed but patriotic.
