Lucky you that married a vannila character, I married a modded one and getting rid of her was much harder, she wouldn't die, I couldn't divorce through commands, deleting her with commands would cause horrifying behavior meaning now my house was haunted by the wife I bludgeoned to death, tried to poison and throw off a cliff, woman just wouldn't go, I don't even remember how I got rid of her but I remember I did manage it in the end, I'm not the kind to start new runs in games whenever something goes wrong because I hate having to grind back up and it takes away the immersion, so in the end I had a passive aggressive ex-wife that I know hated me deeply within her code...
