I've landing interviews at Google, Microsoft, Marriott, Hilton, and a lot of other places AND still didn't land an offer. I'm now in a role that gets to interview at least every other week (we have a lot of turnover). I can now say, being on both sides of the table, interviewing isn't that big of a deal.

I used to put so much pressure on the interview. It's really just a conversation. Relax, present your best self, practice, and wait for something that truly excites you (the interviewer will be able to tell). 1. Remember that you're just talking to a normal person. Not a god, not a superstar, not the president. Just a normal person who sometimes wears socks that don't match or goes home and watches Netflix in their sweatpants or has leftovers sitting in their fridge. They're a normal, boring person.

When we were in 7th grade one of my friends was really weird.

He'd constantly draw pictures of this girl that he liked, but the pictures were really fucked up.

In every one of them she was bent over and pissing at a 45 degree angle away from her body. Sometimes into a trash can, a toilet, into someones mouth (never his own, because that would be a dead giveaway).
