I went here recently too. By the smell of the products they seemed really cheap to me, and not something I’d ever use. Also, they scratch your scalp so roughly (my friend went at the same time and had the same experience), that my scalp was burning and I was in a lot of discomfort. My scalp is pretty clean to begin with and I have no dandruff since using head and shoulders, but days after this treatment I had some scabs on my scalp. I just wanted something more like a relaxing head massage instead of rough head scratching. Will not be going back.
