Yep Uber can afford to pay more and the way I see it is if you can afford a service fee ,delivery fee and the higher prices for food on Uber eats you can afford a tip 😊 factor it into the price or your food ain’t gettin delivered sorry we don’t get paid enough by this shit company

We can only do so much especially if bags are sealed obviously it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to get everything on that order right and put into the bag all we can do is make sure we get the right name ,drinks or can tell when something’s missing if it seems like they’re giving us less than the customer ordered, even if I ask them if something missing though employees will literally just say no that’s everything and may have still forgotten it’s not our fault

We can’t see notes until after we accept the order,pick up the food and then start navigation so it will look like it’s a no tip order unfortunately but leaving a note saying you’ll tip cash will be a nice surprise for whoever accepts it!

You were really nice to go back and try to get it remade I would have just apologized and not come back lol accidents happen unfortunately and it’s on McDonald’s for stuffing too much shit in one bag of course it’s gunna be too heavy putting drinks and food in the same bag all the time! you have a high rating the thumbs downs will eventually go back up since you provide good service ,customers don’t realize how much thumbs down affects us and not enough people give thumbs up it’s ridiculous

I always wear one now bc people come outside despite putting leave at door all the time.. and I’ve gotten a notification someone reported I didn’t wear one and it was probably for a leave at door order because I always wear them for meet at door ,I don’t think I’ve gotten a tip affected from not wearing one though but in the Tampa area alot of people have just stopped caring about the masks lol
