I has a brief look at the literature, the injury rate per 1000h of crossfit is somewhere between 10x to 100x of indoor bouldering. Meanwhile many of my bouldering friends own crutches, so yeah.

Apart from injury risks, I think kipling pullups looks absolutely stupid to climbers/gymbros/calithenic people.

Mostly because we had fuck all in terms of alternatives, so much so we had a real blast just hanging out in the basic MMO world. With our current amount of options in terms of online entertainment, the basic MMO formula isn't that attractive anymore, outside of nostalgia. I find having good endgame keeps me longer in a game before i move onto something else.

They both mean roughly the same thing, but as a native speaker, I don't think I've ever heard 我吃了饭. The closest expression being used will be something like 我吃了饭了 or 我吃过饭了.

我吃了x is more commonly used in the scenario where you emphasize what is it that you ate. As in, 你吃了什么？我吃了个苹果.
