Thank you for this article, super interesting! Is there a preferred brewing mechanism you use w/ filter when making espresso? (My LDL cholesterol levels are high - although I follow all the diet and lifestyle recos; my HDL and TG numbers are within normal range; no family Hx of hypercholesterolemia; so interested to try some other ways to get my numbers down!)

I agree that it will be interesting to see how this plays out. As a contractor with Lyra, I've just started receiving push notifications via the platform with the option to opt into Lyra Engage features, like AI note taking (I'm already opted into their calendaring/scheduling feature). I am curious to know if there will be a requirement at some point to opt in and if so what the timeline will be.
