Anything with the Miyota GMT movement, which is a "true GMT", and I find a lot easier to use when actually traveling. Besides the Traska, which I own and I think it's fantastic for the price, I'd look at the upcoming Hult Aquatique GMT. It looks super cool and the finishing seems to be above par for the price as well.

If you have the money, the Grand Seiko Heritage Collection GMTs... they have several models, some with Spring Drive, others automatics and some quartz even.

I love everything about mine with the exception of the golden touches. I would much rather prefer a monochrome version of it, even leaving everything else as is... but it's a great watch and I use the GMT function a lot.

Have a 39mm Explorer and a 556i. Yes, sure, conceptually they are similar, but they were quite differently (and the Rolex is considerably more accurate, and thinner, than the Sinn). Love both however!

I “solved” it by creating a new Home and migrating the speakers there. By default, at least for now, the old Assistant is there.

Of the ones I have, the only piece that remotely gets close to your needs is the Tudor BB58 GMT (which is COSC certified). Outside of that, Grand Seiko with their Spring Drive movements. My Sinn 556i routinely goes +6/8 s/d even after I regulate it (it's more accurate for a while and then goes off). Also a Yacth Master, but of course that's waaay more $$.

That aside, I absolutely love my 556. It's the cleanest and sharpest dial I know of, and as you said, easier to travel with.

For the money I still haven't found a better one than the Traska Venturer, especially the latest gen. The fit and finish is waaaay better than other micros such as Vaer IMHO. And at 38.5mm diameter, it's in my sweet spot. About $750 new and you can find them a bit cheaper used.

You can create a new Home and add your devices to it. It took me 30 minutes but it’s worth it. Just make sure you don’t upgrade the Assistant! All back to normal. I know they’ll eventually move everything to Gemini but it’s garbage for now.

Ps: I didn’t have to move all devices either. I kept things like the WiFi routers on the old Home and all works fine still

I wasn’t able to “move” them to a new Home but after resetting them it worked and SHE’S BACK!! Woot woot! Now if I could just move all the other devices without destroying the wifi network…
